Booking Policy.

A 30% booking deposit may be requested to secure your booking.

A charter is not confirmed until a deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.

No shows or same day cancelations are non-refundable. 

A deposit may be refundable if: a subsequent booking is made in your place; we receive cancelation notice within 48 hours of sailing; due to mechanical issues or Final weather review, which usually occur 24-48 hours prior. 

All operational decisions, including location, passage plan, conduct and passenger concerns -  remain at the skippers discretion based on safety and conditions. This ensures a safe, professional and enjoyable experience for all clients.
